CNC Virtual CamFeatures an axially movable counter-collet for tough materials where chips are difficult to remove. Perfect for turning rivets that cannot be ejected normally.
V4/V5
CNC Virtual CamFeatures a 3-station turret (1 counter-collet, 2 boring). Station change in 1/4" driven by a Geneva drive with pilot punch locking for absolute positioning accuracy.
V6S
CNC Virtual CamEngineered for medium and large series. Features a counter-collet enabling clean cutting without cut-off burrs. Lubricant delivered by 6 converging jets for self-cleansing.

Mechanical CamFastest solution for economical and precise medium/large series. Features individual optimization of operational parameters. Camshaft speed can be programmed per segment to slow down feed during sectioning and increase it while turning.
V2-PM/PMF
Mechanical CamEvolution of the V2 FlexCam equipped with an axially movable counter-collet. Optimized for stiff materials. Enables the precise turning and clean cutting of rivets and similar parts which cannot be normally ejected.
V4/V5
Mechanical CamFeatures a high-precision 3-station turret (1 counter-collet, 2 boring). Station change in 1/4" driven by a Geneva drive. Locking via a pilot punch placed on a larger radius guarantees absolute positioning accuracy.

Mechanical CamThe ultimate high-speed solution to mass-produce parts without threading or drilling. Equipped with a counter-collet for burr-free cutting. Features a material safety stop and 6 converging lubrication jets for self-cleansing.

Mechanical CamCombines the high-volume robust platform of the V6 with a fully integrated mobile counter-collet system. Designed for rapid, continuous turning of medium/large series using tough materials.
V6SR1A
Mechanical CamEngineered for complex parts needing boring, tapping, threading, or milling. 4-station turret. Threading spindle rotation speed is programmed via touch screen and driven by an auxiliary motor for flawless threading.
